Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns.
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in advance. If you believe you’ve received the wrong item or there is an issue with your order, please contact us at nisherawilliams@yahoo.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
